You choose three things:

• The river: Madison, Gallatin, or Yellowstone
• The fish: Rainbow, Brown, or Cutthroat Trout, each with its own hand-illustrated design and color palette
• The date: the day that matters to you. The day you met. Your child's birthday. A graduation. The day you landed your first fish, retired, closed on the house, said "I do," or came home from deployment. Any day worth remembering gets its own river.

From there, we pull the real historical record for that exact day: USGS gauge data for flow rate and gauge height, sunrise and sunset times, water temperature, and weather conditions, all sourced from the actual river station nearest your moment, down to the coordinates. The hydrograph curve running through the center of the poster is your river's real flow for that entire year, with your specific date marked on the line. No two posters are ever quite the same, because no two rivers, dates, or days are.
