Shipping policy

Every Montana River Days poster is built to order, so getting your poster to your door happens in two stages: first we build and you approve your design, then it's produced and shipped.

Good things take time, and that's true here too. Each poster is hand built around a real day in a real river's history, not pulled off a shelf, so we'd rather take the time to get it right than rush it out the door. Here's what to expect.

Stage 1: Building and Approving Your Poster

After you place your order, we pull the real historical river gauge data, weather, and sunrise and sunset times for your chosen date, river, and fish species, and hand build your poster. We'll send you a proof to review before anything goes to print.

Building your poster typically takes 4 to 5 business days. Once you approve your proof, your order moves into production. Full details on the proof approval process, including what happens if we don't hear back from you, are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Stage 2: Production and Shipping

Once your proof is approved, your poster is produced and shipped by our print partner, Gelato, through their global, locally distributed production network.

  • Production time: framed posters typically take a few business days to produce once your order enters this stage.
  • Shipping time: varies based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Because Gelato prints locally in over 30 countries, most orders to the US, UK, Canada, and Europe arrive within roughly 3 to 6 business days of entering production.

Exact delivery estimates for your specific size, frame, and location are shown at checkout before you complete your order. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary due to order complexity, destination, and carrier conditions outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress to your door.

International Shipping and Customs

We ship to many countries worldwide through Gelato's global production network. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by your country, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please see our Return and Refund Policy for how we'll make it right.
